Natalia Gracia Medrano

Actress, director and interdisciplinary stage creator.

Born in Querétaro in 1986, she is a member of the Metamorfina Teatro company and director of the Paramnesia Lab laboratory of images, bodies, and sounds. She is primarily interested in dramaturgies that integrate technology as a creative tool without losing sight of the actor as a central axis.

She studied acting as part of the Performing Arts program at the Autonomous University of Querétaro. She later completed a specialized diploma in The Use of Voice and Speech at CEUVOZ. She completed consecutive residencies at the Pantheatre experimental voice and choreographic theater laboratory in Paris, France. She also took an intensive body theater workshop at the OMNIBUS laboratory in Montreal and completed a master's degree in Theater Research and Creation at UQAM in Montreal, Canada.

As a teacher, he taught Vocal Technique in the Acting program at the Autonomous University of the State of Morelos. He has also taught the workshop "Technological Devices as a Tool for Stage Creation" in different states of Mexico.

His consecutive stage career of more than 10 years includes 11 premiered original works.
